In Nepal's software market, businesses were being sold tools that did not fit and nobody was asking the right questions before building. We decided to ask them first.
Walk into any growing business in Nepal, a manufacturing company in Chitwan, a construction firm in Kathmandu, a hospitality business in Pokhara, and you will find the same story. Software that was bought with good intentions and now sits either unused, halfway used, or worked around with the same WhatsApp groups and Excel sheets it was supposed to replace. Not because the software was technically broken. But because it was never built around how that specific business actually works. Bitflux was started because we believed there was a better way to do this and we were willing to prove it.
HOW WE GOT HERE
Four years ago, three co-founders sat in Bharatpur with one shared frustration. Businesses around them were being handed technology by companies that asked about features before they asked about the business. The result was predictable. Systems that looked impressive in demos and created problems in real life. We decided to flip the process entirely. Before we design anything, before we propose anything, before we open any tool, we listen. We ask about the business, the people, the operations, the problems, and the goals. The solution comes after all of that. Not before.
Today Bitflux has served 60+ organizations across Nepal. Construction firms, manufacturing companies, government institutions, hospitality businesses, NGOs, and client-based organizations. Not one of them came through advertising. Every single client was referred by someone who trusted us enough to give our name. That referral rate is not something we planned. It is the result of doing the work the right way, consistently, over four years.
We are still based in Bharatpur, Chitwan. We are still a focused team. And we are still driven by the same belief we started with. A business owner should never have to adapt how they work to fit a software product. The software should adapt to them. That will never change at Bitflux.
